I hope you're doing well today.

If it's all right with you, let's disappear inside something that doesn't really have that

much intrinsic meaning for an hour or so.

Let's goof around about the NFL and about fantasy football, shall we?

I know it's sort of silly, but it's also very, very fun to have so many of you listening

and also fun for all of us together and try and figure this stuff out.

I don't really have any camp news that I particularly care about that came out over the past 24

hours.

I'm sure there are shows out there that breathlessly relay the news that some reporter

at Cowboys Training Camp saw this particular tight end do a thing or someone at Giants Training

Camp who has decided on August 8th that the coach's comments mean a certain thing.

I can't do it after all.

As always, if you don't live and die with the nonsense access stories that come out every

day, my guess is that you'll be a happier person and a better fantasy player, which is

why we spend July talking about the things that we will pay attention to so we can ignore

most of the other stuff.

So off the top of today's show rather than discuss one particular player's film or a bunch

of nonsense stories from camp, I got to thinking yesterday about my own process and thought maybe

a bit of self-reflection out loud might be interesting and or helpful to you and maybe even allow
