And he said, I've noticed that you, you know, you're, you're very easy to get along with,

you know, your people really like you and I'm like, well, this is such a setup, you know,

and he's like, exactly, he's got a couple of different things. And he's like, but, um,

but I think that you're too deferential and, uh, too collaborative in your decision-making

process. It's slowing down your organization and it's creating, um, an inefficiency that you

really can't afford right now. And I was like, dang, you're still right.
