0:06.4	This morning we would like to talk about Turkey, the Turkish elections, and France's decision at the last minute to block or postpone agreement on the renewable energy directive.
0:19.0	Let's start with Turkey.
0:20.5	Zazana, the first round of the election was a big surprise.
0:23.8	The polls got it wrong, and they not only got it wrong,
0:26.5	but they always get it wrong in the same way,
0:28.3	that we keep underestimating incumbents,
0:30.4	and we keep underestimating especially populists.
0:33.6	So where are we now in this?
0:35.0	Adaghan just came in almost with 50%.
0:38.3	Is he now through already, or is there still an open race?
0:43.1	Well, I wouldn't call it already a close top like Victor Orban did
0:48.5	because he already congratulated Erdogan on his victory
0:52.2	and wishing him good luck for the second round.
0:55.5	So taking his victory as given, I think this is something.
0:59.6	Even Adelwan is kind of holding back on that.
1:02.1	If you were too celebratory, it might cost you.
1:05.1	Ideally, it was amazing how the polls got it wrong.
1:08.9	They had Kemal, Kalishdorublo, in the lead in all of the polls.
1:15.1	And yet he came out second. And yes, Adawan nearly made it through the 50% limit needed in order to win outright for the first round.
1:26.9	He didn't get that. So there will be a second round.
1:30.0	It was interesting if you're looking at the votes.
