Erickson here with Fred Zinky, and we got a lot to discuss today.

We had some smashing debuts,

Lewis in particular, Bobby Miller with the second start, a really good one as well. In Relief,

Ben Joyce had a smashing debut as well. So we're going to kind of hit those up periodically

throughout the podcast. Fred, what's going on? How are you? I'm good. My Blue Jays are getting back

on track after a tough time in the a l east so

um i'm not seeing the playoffs for them as as much of a certainty as i used to so but that's actually

making the regular season maybe more interesting well yeah as uh i believe it was todd zola or scott

jenset point out on sunday if you look at the ALE East and the AAL Central

and like in sequential order, they also go one through 10 in terms of record.

So just shows how hard the ALE East has been so far.

That said, yeah, that Toronto is now tied with Minnesota in terms of one loss record.

But point is it's not easy.

And, you know, they had a stretch where they're playing a lot of ALE's teams, and they did not fare so well in that stretch. So perhaps just getting out of their own division playing fewer games against the division has been, is going to be something that's helpful for them this year. Yeah, for sure. I mean, if they don't make it, they'll probably look back and say that it was the record within the division that cost them.

A lot of it, though, with the schedule being more balanced, we'll probably come down to which AL East teams can really dominate the rest of the league.

Yeah, exactly.

And so, you know, that, you know, the arrays have passed that test so far the orials have passed that test so

far uh orios i mean hey they they fared well against the jays and yankees last week so uh they're

they're there to you know i keep i keep looking at that rotation i'm like how how are they
