Hey, guys, I recently heard this quote, and I thought it was so important to share with you.

I actually also recently shared this with our mastermind and we had an entire conversation

around what does this mean for you and your business.

And the quote is this, to be loved, you have to love.

To be friends, you have to be friendly.

And to be interesting, you've got to be interested. So what does that

mean exactly? You know, so many times today when we are in a social setting, we're at market,

we're at the boutique summit, we're out and about in the community. It's easy to want to make

friends and, you know, to have people want to hear more about your business. But in order to get

people interested in your business, you first have to be interested in theirs. I encourage you

with whatever social setting you're entering into or whatever live video

you're doing next on your social media or how you're framing and scheduling out all of your

social media content. I just encourage you to show up as the person that you want to see in return.

It kind of is like the golden rule, right? Treat other people how you want to be treated.

So I'm encouraging you to think about how are you showing up for other people in your business versus how are they showing up for you. I think this is also important when it comes to being a

great boss. If you're not seeing your employees really act in a way that you hope they would,
