7 p.m. they picked a movie that's less than two hours. It is easy breezy limits quasy. You know they're gonna have at least one or two guests.

They did not ask me to be one of the guests, which I think is like pretty wild. I know I'm not a comedian. I feel like I could bring a lot to the table though y'all.

I've worked in this business for like ever. I know stuff. I can bring this whole thing down if they wanted me to, but they just get me to do these bumpers, but it is my joy to do them.

What would I be doing anyway? Probably some version of this with my friends or family at home. But why not do it with a bunch of strangers and a couple of podcasts, y'all?

We're ultimately responsible for ourselves and our own well-being as much as we can be. That's right. But when we spend all of our time giving, it can leave us feeling very stretched then and burnt out.

I'm wondering in the summer because I'm giving all summer. Yeah, and I'm burning all summer. Look at my skin.

Therapy can give you the tools though to find more balance in your life so you can keep supporting others without leaving yourself behind. It doesn't have to be an either or.
