And when I was a kid, if you got a delivery or if you got a parcel, it would at least get to your door.

If I would knock on the door and I would say, hello, if there's a parcel there for you and you go,

thank you very much. And they might say, we've signed for it or whatever.

Now you just get this notification on Amazon.

This is a parcel has been delivered. And then you have to wander around the garden to try to find it

lobbed up in a tree or in a bush or given to a complete new neighbor that I've never met before.

16 houses away. Surely if you're delivering a parcel, you've got to get it to the door.

I know you've got a lot of parcels to deliver, but surely the world now used to do it for years.
