I work at a radio station in Maryland and work remotely now from my home in South Carolina.

2:14.6

what I did just about every morning. And sometimes this walk would last 20 minutes,

2:25.8

2:32.8

the intentionality of it. I had a certain step goal every day, and this

2:37.5
