Let's bring in our guests, the woman who just finished third at the 2023 Noble CrossFit Games, Ariel Lohan. Ariel, how are you doing?

I'm great. How are you guys?

Fantastic. Is that, is that sunk in yet?

Third place at the end?

No, no. I still have, like, the first thing that comes to my mind when you say that is disbelief.

And then I go back and look at pictures, look at videos, and I'm like, okay, it happened. Wow, that's cool.

But it'll hit me in random moments. And then I'll just start getting, like, teary-eyed, like, what just happened?

So I'm still coming to terms with reality.

Well, you know, I would be remiss if I didn't talk right out of the gate of how your week started, right?

We were talking about this a little bit beforehand.

I'm currently sitting in an airport, which we actually had to flight in together into Madison.

And you, Dylan, your husband and myself in Crystal, Meacham all got to be a part of this crazy airport fiasco.

And did you feel like just kind of getting over that hump maybe, or maybe just having that wildness to start your week,

just kind of put everything at the rest of what was in front of you at ease, because you were so calm that entire time.

Well, two parts to that. Part one, we're delayed in the airport, like Tommy mentioned, and Tommy is talking to Dylan, my husband.

And Dylan straight up asked Tommy, while we're delayed at, like, 11 p.m. at night, we're all delirious.

He's like, Tommy, who's in your top five? Who did you pick on Tommy?

And I believe it or not, Tommy, I forgive you. I wouldn't have put me in there either.

But oh, that's great.

So that happens, kind of light-hearted. We run into Crystal, hear her story.

It kind of put everything in perspective, like a delayed flight isn't that bad.

We could have a lot worse things going on.
