20s, these are all applicable to you. I just think something special happens when you're in your 30s

since I've been in that decade of life here for quite some time. And I thought it was fitting today as we're going through the workout here and we're

just, you know, afterwards we're all done.

We're all just, you know, a smoke show from training through the day.

And two of the guys here as they're heading out, we're just kind of joking and talking.

They're like, oh, you know, old guys are making the board because typically

here in our brick and mortar facility work with most people probably between the ages of 30 and

about 65. Now we do have people over 65. We do have people under 30, but that would be the bulk of

who we work with. And a lot of the dudes here that really push it are probably like right around

50, nearing 50, just over 50, and kind of in that

range. And I need to say this with the caveat, they're in the best shape they've ever been in, by

far in terms of endurance, speed, the strength, how they look. This is mind-blowing to see people, you know,

who are, you know, 50 years old beating the shit out of themselves at 25 years old. Like, they're just way better. They're faster. They're stronger. They get it. And as we're just joking, you know, there's, hey, old guys are making the board and they're talking about themselves. And they're like you know hey you know give us credit you know
