All right, what's going on problematic?

It is Fitness Friday.

And today, I want to talk a little bit about Ozmpic,

because I came across a sort of a theory about Ozimic that I find completely interesting.

And by the way, Fitness Friday is going to be a new thing

around here, problematic.

I'm not going to lean into the politics 24-7.

There is no shortage of you guys to get political stuff so

definitely I'm gonna be doing fitness Friday so let's get into it let's get

into the ZIMPE or OZIMPIC you know I call Ozmpic Dzmpi. But obviously, Ozmpic has pretty much taken the world by

storm over the past, I would say a year and a half. I mean it is really revolutionized weight loss in a huge way.

And I don't think that you can really take anything away from that.

And there's already signs that are trending that says that the obesity rate here in America is going down

which is absolutely amazing and before I get into sort of like the

asymptic debate and what somebody that I deeply respect had to write about it, which I really wanted to get into.

I want to talk a little bit about sort of like my thoughts initially about Osmic is somebody that works really, really hard to stay in shape,

that has always kind of like fluctuated weight-wise.

You know, my fitness journey is a part of a lot of the content that I do sometimes going to be

even more so in the future I think because you know as we wrap up this election season

I think that people even people that are in the conservative you know

mode which most of my my viewership and followers and listeners are we're
