experience with physical health.

Some of you may already know this, but I've always been an athlete.

I played soccer from the time I was five years old all the way up until college.

I truly credit my endurance abilities to years of training during soccer seasons, but

just because I've been playing sports and technically working out my whole life, it

does not mean that I've always had a good relationship with health and fitness.

When I was in high school, I played soccer in the fall season, and then in the spring,

I played on my club team outside of school.

Typically, people play on club teams with the intention of getting scouted by colleges.

So unlike popular belief, I never worked out all year round.

I only started training hard about two weeks before the season to get in shape.
