Summary

The Biden Administration is at it again! In this episode Carl interviews attorney Ryan Mulvey of the Cause of Action Institute. They discuss the abuse of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration that has made local commercial fishermen pay for government workers to collect data aboard their private fishing boats. Small ma and pop operations can be forced to pay as much as $700 per day to third-party government contractors, making their businesses virtually impossible to sustain. This is government overreach at its worst. Bureaucratic agencies like the NOAA should not be allowed to circumvent Congress and demand their funding from small business owners. Thank God that the Cause of Action Institute is willing to fight for these commercial fishermen all the way to the Supreme Court if that’s what it takes.
