Summary

Pre-Order Your Copy of Living Intentionally Here!

Yes, relationships are hard.

But healthy relationships are also an important part of a healthy and thriving life.

So in today’s First15 Podcast Conversations, we’re continuing our series on how to live intentionally in every area of our life, and today’s focus is relationships.

So if I may, let me ask you a few questions…

  • How are your relationships doing?
  • If you’re married, how’s that going?
  • If you’re a parent, how is your relationship with your children?
  • How are your friendships?

Honestly, these answers can vary wildly for me depending on the day. But today, Rachel, Josh, and I are opening up about where we’ve struggled, where we’ve grown, and how we are working towards health in each of these areas.

0:57.2

Isn't it called resident talk area? It is. Okay. Yeah. So we're all in Dallas for those

1:03.6

of you listening and yeah, we're all taco fans. In fact, like that would be I could eat

1:10.2

tacos almost every day. They're amazing. But 100% Craig and Rachel took me to a place yesterday

1:15.0

we ate outside in the patio and it was top notch. So good. So good. I'm from the convinced that

1:21.6

tacos. This is this is a hot take. Let's start off the podcast. There's no better food,

1:27.3

no better single bite of food than a bite of a good taco. I agree. In fact, I think this should

1:33.3

have been a part of our mental health conversation last week as a key component of having a really

1:39.6

good mental health, maybe not physical health, but in terms of the mental health contributions,

1:44.3

tacos should be right at the top of the list, I think. So totally. And to back that up, it's like

1:49.1

I enjoy a whole philosophy. I have a philosophy on this. I enjoy a good steak. You know, I like

1:54.8

steak. I enjoy, especially I love Asian food like sushi would come close as like one bite. Like

2:01.2

you get one bite of food and it's just that delicious. But tacos, man, they're so multi-thaceted.

2:06.8

They can be so different that you in one bite, you get all the things in one bite. It's just this

2:12.1

it's the best single bite of food or anything can be a taco. You can make a taco anything.
