finding peace in the political season.

And today I have the unique privilege of getting to have this conversation with Josh and my father, Dr. Jim

Denison.

That is the founder of the Denison Forum, a really unique resource that helps close to 2 million people

get a sense of God's perspective on the news of the day.

He operates at the much-needed intersection of faith and culture, and I'm so excited for you to hear his

perspective on how we can find and keep a sense of peace in this political

season. So let's dive in. Well, this is a surprising and unusual honor to get to have, we've done a lot of these

podcast conversations and today we have on the podcast my dad Jim Denison.

I am very happy to be on with you guys.

This is, I think, the first time of all of these

that I've done that I've done one with my son.

And so that's pretty cool.

Well, the honor and pleasure is all mine and I'm genuinely that really excited for the conversation today as we've been having these conversations around what it means to find some measure of peace and overall wellness in the midst of this political

season.

You've been in my mind to my heart often as we've been having this conversation because I know in the introduction of this conversation we kind of teed up what it is that you do but for the sake of doing that a little bit more deeply I mean you are in the news every single day

more than any other person that I know. I mean you have this passion for helping

Christians believers find what really is a biblical lens for the world around

them and not just in a broad sense but specifically for the day that day that they are living in.
