| 1:12.3 | of 2026, but she also rejected the government's proposal to go to trial January 2nd, 2024, |
| 1:19.6 | sort of right around the corner. Instead, she set March 4th, 2024. |
| 1:23.9 | Now, obviously, that's much closer to the government's proposal than it is to Mr. Trump's |
| 1:28.1 | proposal, and we can get into why that might have been and what factors she took into consideration. |
| 1:33.0 | But suffice to say, even if that date for various reasons could slip by days or even weeks, |
| 1:39.2 | I feel quite confident this case will go to trial before the election. |
| 1:44.8 | Not just before the election, it's going to go before the Republican nomination. |

| 1:56.2 | did he do it or didn't he do it? And then jury verdicts. |
