high folks this is Jack Spirko with another edition of the survival podcast, there's always

one man's view of the changing world, the changing times, and the things we can all do

the 4th, 2022, this is Episode 3175 of the survival podcast, we'll have a very abbreviated

introduction because this is our first Tuesday coffee chat with myself, John Willis of

S.O.E. tactical gear, and a cold sauce of living free in Tennessee. I do these once a

month, I generally don't put them out as episodes on the survival podcast I lit, and

cold sauce through that exclusively. Today we're both putting them out in our podcast

feeds, I'm tired, I just spent a week away, we'll talk a little bit about what was going

on because we'll talk about the self-reliance festival that I was just at and I spoke

at, did several panels, did a stand-alone presentation, co-instructed with Billy Bond

for a full course on gilding and planning food forests, more now, I also drove up there

and drove back, had a great time, but I'm really kind of like in that put your life back

together mode that you're in when you've been gone and you come back into your regular

life. So with that, we'll skip all the other housekeeping items for today and we'll just

drop into the live feed, this was a fun discussion, people in a live feed like there's a lot

of wisdom points in it, there's actually two things in particular in this that I made

notes on that I will probably be doing an entire episode on in the future, a thing

that Nicole said and a thing that John said and I really didn't dig into them when they

said them, but they kind of lit a fire on me to talk a little bit about lifestyle design.
