All right, um, another one of these Friday 15s.

And I thought I'd change it up on you guys.

So what I'm thinking about doing is I think our first car or vehicle truck plays such a pivotal role in our automotive experience. And it kind of got me thinking.

A while back, I recorded episode 99 with John Myers from Kicker. And that was a lot of fun

and the tech. Well, one of the funny things that kind of came out of that was John was

talking to me about how, you know, no matter what car, you can find something cool. And I thought

that it was so funny to kind of hear him, well, I responded about my first car and how there really wasn't anything

cool about that. I think he said the door handles or something were cool. And that's actually was

like the nemesis of my first car. So my first car was a 1981 Plymouth Horizon, and it was also called the Miser, Horizon Miser.

I think it was also the Chrysler Omni.

So, no, Dodge Omni, Chrysler, Plymouth, Horizon Miser.

So Sarah Losh, Mama Lash, aka Mike Losh's way better half, she responded. She said,

hey, that's funny because I had the champ. And she's like, of course, she had to one up me.

And she posted this thing that showed kind of the cost of these vehicles and kind of the layout of how they, you know,

what their MSRP was and their fuel mileage and so on and so forth.

So in 1980, 81, a Plymouth Horizon Miser was MSRP 5,299 bucks.

Wow.

It shows the estimated fuel mileage at 30 miles per gallon.
