0:08.0	On Monday, minutes obtained by the BBC revealed that NHS leaders in Scotland
0:14.0	had held secret talks about privatising parts of the NHS.

0:23.6	would have to pay for treatment and prescriptions. These plans are completely against the
0:29.6	founding principles of our NHS. The First Minister likes to scaremonger about NHS privatisation,

0:38.6	on the table in the SMP-run Health Service here in Scotland.
0:43.7	Now, the First Minister denies it, but can I ask her specifically, is she denying this
0:50.6	conversation took place? Is she denying NHS chiefs discussed a two-tiered system
0:57.0	in Scotland's NHS, which apparently she finds funny? And is she saying the meetings?
