0:52.3	For the first time ever, nurses who work tirelessly in Scotland's NHS have voted to go on strike.
1:03.0	It's not only about pay, they are incredibly worried about the crisis in Scotland's health service.
1:11.5	This morning, Hilary Nelson from the Royal College of Nurses, had this grave warning when
1:17.1	she said, things are not safe for patients.
1:22.4	Deputy First Minister, what has the Health Secretary Humza Youssef done to address the concerns

1:28.1	staff shortages and patient safety?

1:32.8	Before I address the question from Mr Ross, I should explain that the First Minister
1:39.7	is meeting with the Prime Minister today in advance of the British Irish Council and she has asked
