And as we progress, we'll look at them as the Lord leads us and helps us.

Revelation the second chapter.

Now, in the beginning chapters here of Revelation, you understand he is talking, the head of the church is talking to John,

and he's writing a message to seven churches.

And many times people have taken these seven churches and they have put them into seven church

ages and just made it totally dispensational.

And I wouldn't say that there's no application there, but that's not what he said in this passage.

There were seven churches that they're all there at the same period of time.

Right?

And he is communicating a message to each one of these churches now certainly this has some

prophetic application but at the same time I believe all seven of these messages apply today

now and you can find churches right now all over the world that are in each of the situations that these churches were then.

And you understand what I'm saying.

I'm not saying there can be no dispensational application, but I'm saying that there's more to it than that too.

These are messages to us, the church, today, all of them.

All of them apply to us today. In Revelation the second

chapter, let's look at what he said to the church at Ephesus. He said to the angel of the
