0:44.0 | And what it's up to basically is building a massive golf complex that's going to serve not only as a resort, but also as the new home of their organization. |
0:54.0 | So far, PGA Frisco has two 18-hole golf courses, one designed by Gil Hans and the other by Bo Welling. |

1:06.0 | In fact, PGA Frisco has already been assigned two senior PGA championships, two women's PGA championships, and two plain old PGA championships within the next 12 years. |

1:43.0 | And I think one thing that you left off at this important aspect of Frisco is that they also have a short course, a 10-hole short course that's it was co-designed by Bo and Gil. |
1:57.0 | And then a massive putting course that I, one of the neat things, I think, just in general is a free, free amenity for anybody. |

2:12.0 | So besides the championship, two championship golf courses they built, they also added some other smaller amenities and a massive, massive place. |
2:24.0 | And I think the unique thing about this project is that typically this type of resort and golf course project, we're looking at far-flung destinations. |
