| 1:29.0 | perfect stack of the ideal circumstances. So they have the ideal acreage. They found very easy |
| 1:35.2 | to recover hydrocarbons in an area that had existing infrastructure, think road and pipelines. |
| 1:40.6 | Yeah. And then my favorite thing is they run in all of electric. And the reason to run in all electric is this area in the future, people thought they were to build a bunch of subdivision houses. Yeah. And so the electric company got ahead of it, built an electrical generation plant and the houses never came. Well, I mean, that's optimal, right? Yeah. The electrical generation plant is running at low capacity, so they brokered a deal with Prairie to sell them electricity cheaper than you would normally get it, which means everything they're doing is runoff electricity, which is better for the environment, better for the equipment, and gives you faster time to hit oil, to hit oil and gas. So if you're interested in Prairie, I'm not recommending or not recommending. I will say this much of total transparency. |
