I'll be moving the youngest into the dorm tomorrow.

It will be officially an empty nester.

Matter of fact, the wife and I are going to take the weekend to celebrate.

Not that we don't love the kids, but this is an exciting phase in our lives. Very, very close to

finalizing some things construction-wise for the new business. We'll have some social media stuff

set up for you soon. And we've agreed to terms on a lease. People are like, Steve, where is it?

Just wait. But anyway, it's been a long process, taking a lot of my time between writing a book,

trying to get this business off the ground. It's been a very, very busy summer. You hadn't
