but I woke up really early

would you wake up early for? Eight. Because I was getting my pharmaceutical delivered. Ah, of course. I'm always scheduling stuff for the morning being like, this will be good. It'll force me to be up early. And then there's just like a huge disaster in the rest of my day in terms of how that affects me, the repercussions, the sleepiness later. And then also I'm like, I'm like, that'll force me to go to bed earlier. And then it's like, no, it doesn't. Well, that has to be relentless. Like, it's not waking Up one time early doesn't make you go to bed early night before, but having to wake up early every day.

Yeah, I actually was thinking my new plan idea for February, doing a February challenge, up at 9 a.m. every day no matter what. Nice. No matter what.

I think that's great. That would be my dry January. I like that, honestly. I think it's, I think it's good to try as a 30-year-old. Yes. That's right. Give it a shot. Give it a shot.
