Hey guys, welcome back to Thicken Thin with me, Katie Bullotti, and today on the podcast,

So sit back, relax, listen, or I guess, I don't know what you're doing, I usually walk

when I listen to podcasts, like I use it as something to like get me through my, my

mom walks in the morning, I love my mom walks, I do, but some mornings I just don't want

to get out of bed and I'm like doing this thing where I move my body five days a week,

like I every single or not every single day.

So Saturday, Sunday, I kind of take the day off, I guess, or take the weekend off.

So Monday through Friday, I get myself up and moving in some way, shape, perform each

day.

And so Mondays and Fridays are my long mom walks, I like walk for like four miles or so.

And I always have to pop in a podcast or something because music alone just does not motivate

me as much as a podcast.
