want to collect bad ideas for a first date, but maybe you'll see some of the things that you've done,

and maybe they're, you might categorize them as bad ideas. I know I certainly have, and I'm

Thanks for having me. Awesome. So we're going to get into first dates specifically, you know, things that people do

that get them stuck or unhelpful and maybe some ideas of what you can do instead.

Because I know that when I was really struggling with dating and social confidence, there could be

a lot of fear around the first date. And in fact, I remember when I haven't had that many dates, the idea of a first date

was just very anxiety-provoking.

And then when I went on a lot more of them, it became less so.
