Reisman. I'm the managing editor of Pride of Detroit. This is going to be a little bit different

of a first bite because let's be honest, the three, six and one Detroit Lions versus the

one in nine Washington team, probably not exactly the kind of matchup that you're looking forward to.

I'm sure there might be a good chunk of you that aren't even going to watch.

So this isn't exactly going to be a preview podcast this week.

We'll get into what it is.

And if you probably read the title, you probably have a good idea already.

But before we get into all that, I have to

introduce my co-host, Ryan Matthews, at Ryan underscore POD. Ryan, how are we doing tonight?

I am here. Typically, I only teach during the day and hand out grades, but I'm ready to do that

tonight as well.

Yes, good tease there, because this episode is entitled or something like it,

because I'm not always in charge of titling, the state of the franchise.

This isn't going to be like a state of the union where I kind of make a big speech about where the team is and Ryan responds has a response although that's now that I say it outlawed that's actually kind of a brilliant idea and maybe we'll do it later in the off season we just like have three segments where I give my speech on where I think the franchise is going.
