Hi, everybody. Welcome to a special Fourth of July edition of Talking Elite Fitness,

Sean Woodland and Tommy Marquez here with you. We're going to bring Lauren Khalil here in

just a second. She is down in Southern California, living a good life, on vacation, gallivanting

around the country. She's been like in Colorado and then she was in now she's in Southern California.

Today what we're going to do is because it's a holiday, we figured, you know what, let's just talk about our top moments. I'll get from the games. And we'll get into more on how that came about here in just a second. But how are you doing? You guys got big plans for the fourth or? You know my friend Craig from wedding. My best friend from growing up, his birthday. He is a Yankee doodle dandy. He was born on the 4th of July. So we are going to a Giants baseball game. I'm getting all the baseball in right now. Oh, yeah. That was, by the way, your dad for his birthday. You could go to the A's game. That picture you sent me, I'm like, God bless your father. I love the fact that he still's like out there wearing his gear, getting into it. Like, good job, Tom, senior. And happy birthday. He has, he has pins on his hat that are older than an eye. And it's amazing. And, and like, the pins on the hat is like kind of an old guy. It's an old school, old baseball guy move and I love it.

And he's got, I mean, he's got ones that are like, they did like when, oh, it tells you how old it is. Like the Oakland A's did a promotion with like Wiener Schnitzel. Oh, wow. Where there's like a hot dog pin with like stomper on it. And it's so funny. It's such a dad thing. He walked, we walked down, we had great seats because obviously it's the A's so they're super cheap. Nobody was there. And the guy in the two rows back from us is wearing the same Argyle A's shorts that he is. And they're like, Hey, like they're like throwing around dad lingo and like I guess

the literally one here like oh he's like uh I like your style I like your style it was so it was great

and the A's wanted to walk off good so that doesn't happen very often and yeah it was it was pretty

awesome so we're going to a Giants game tomorrow.

We're going to, it's a midday game. So it should be pretty fun, even though. Who are they playing? The Mariners. Go Mariners. So I'm just hoping every team loses. Exactly. I don't want anybody to have fun. Yep. I hope they ended a tie. Nice. I had to go to Sacramento

I had to go to Sacramento on Sunday

It was 110 degrees there. Oh, that's offensive. Gross. Yeah. And then I spent Saturday with my wife. We found a play set for our son that we're going to put in the backyard, like a real nice one for seriously this kind of price, but we had to go take it down and load it up and move it ourselves. Oh. And we, yeah, 90 degree weather and got it done though. All right. So looking forward to now putting that together in the heat. That's sweet. That might be happening on 4th of July. 110.

It was brutal.

My brother came up for the weekend.

He's in Phoenix,

which is another place that's ridiculously hot.

And he got back.
