0:11.0	Elderly homeowner has had family help clean up her yard, which has resulted in two large stacks.
0:17.0	Local brigade arrange a permit to light and a time to burn off the stacks for her.
0:23.0	We use stack burns to give new firefighters experience with fire in a controlled area. The permit
0:29.1	is granted and neighbours are given a courtesy warning. The husband of the Problem House gives the
0:34.9	okay. Cue the day of the burn.
0:41.4	The firefighters turn up with their two trucks, one for each stack.
0:46.7	Hoses are laid out, a hydrant is set up as a part of the training experience, and we're all ready to light.
0:48.0	Neighboring house has a children's party on, however, smoke is expected to go straight
0:52.4	up.
0:52.7	The signal is given, and the firefighters become happy pyromaniacs, and light up the stacks, which take quite well.
1:00.9	All is going well.
1:02.7	Then the entitled mother enters stage left.
1:06.2	What are you doing? You can't do that. I didn't give permission.
1:09.8	We politely explained that we notified and provided
1:12.4	a copy of the permit to light as a courtesy. She disappears fuming into her home, and five minutes later,
1:18.8	the first officer, whose name and contact details are on the permit, gets a very angry phone call.
1:24.6	He moves away from the trucks and fire. Then we get an evil idea, like a
1:29.7	Grinch who stole Christmas evil idea. We turn to the group of kids now gathered by the fence
1:35.0	and say, who wants to have a go on the hose? Being kids, the answer was an energetic yes.
