and I am pretty excited about this.

We're down to what, 23 days till the first players report and I'm pumped about that, but I'm very excited about Steve Spagolow, the defensive change, the evolution that we're going to get to see this season.

So we're going to talk about that quite a bit today.

So, Chris is with me, how are you, how are you?

I'm good, how are you?

You know, I'm trying not to watch the clock and count down the days you know

enjoy the holiday but we talked about that yesterday I think you're still doing it regardless so

yeah it doesn't be back in my head yeah no big deal you know I I get it. You're almost like a kid at a candy store. The only thing that would make it better is if, you know, we had what Anthony of Sherman was wearing to report to training camp because that's always entertaining. Yeah, we should start like, you know, board bets on that kind of stuff.

I'm going to be very interested to see what he does.

I'm hoping he goes all cowboy, but that could be wrong.

I don't think he goes that way.

I think it's going to be something completely different but he's always

looking very stylish it's like it's like the biggest day of his season it is oh sorry that in Bowl. Yes, he made the Pro Bowl folks.

Let's not forget that.

Fair enough.

And I'm sure you're just so excited about that.

I'll let you be all giddy.

That's okay.

Well, it, Sherman aside, I am really pumped because I'm a defensive first guy.
