Before I get into this though, I want to make a very quick point to follow up on something I mentioned yesterday, which is that in the state of New Jersey, like a lot of blue states around the country right now, you have an idiot governor who wants to be president.

The current president will not run and he wants to run. In New Jersey, the case is a man named Phil Murphy, you know him as King Philip, the unaccountable. Well, the New Jersey State Board of Education just released new guidelines that every school district in the state has to follow if they want money. Those guidelines are mandates that say you have to let boys use the girls locker room if they want to. Boys can play on girls teams if they want to. And when you separate people by their gender for things like sex education class,

or something like that, you got to go at the person that the child's gender identity, not their biological gender. This is getting a lot of pushback. This is an election year. New Jersey State Board of Education pushed this out. And now it's getting pushed back by Democrats who were up for reelection. And the only reason why they're doing it is because they they know that this is a loser with parents. But I heard a Republican this morning on a another radio station who was going on and on about how

you know this is not the time for this. Our kids are dealing with learning losses from the pandemic and we should be focusing on reading and writing and arithmetic and catching these kids up. And yeah, I agree. But listen, man, let me give you some free advice. All right. I believe me this advice used to come with a very hefty price tag. Can you not be a wimp about it? Can you just come out and say that this is wrong? Yes, of course, there are better priorities.

For our children, we all understand that. But how about instead of using that as your angle, you come out and you say it's wrong. We're not going to we're not going to force local school districts to have to say boys can use the girls locker room. It's wrong. We're not going to do it.

It's wrong to do. It's not what the schools want. It's not what the parents want. And while we're at it, we'll make school choice. Therefore, if the parents don't like the decisions of a district, then they can take the money and go someplace else.

But we're not going to force this on anybody because it's wrong. How do you say that? They're boys and their girls and boys use the boys room and girls use the girls room. That's it.

And boys play on boys sports teams and girls play on girls teams and boys don't go in the locker room as much as I tried when I was in high school. I wanted to so badly like every other heterosexual high school kid in America in the world in the history of time. Since the history of locker rooms, we've all wanted to be in there.

But we can't because we're boys and we're not women. We're not girls and say that. Just say that. Just be tough about tired of these Republicans who come out and do that melee mouth. Well, there's bigger priorities than this that we should be focusing on like math scores and reading scores are low. Yeah, they are. But that's irrelevant. That's irrelevant. You can do two things at the same time. That's called walk and chew gum. And I know with that, I know I know why this guy said what he said.

And he's not a person. You know, he's a he's a member of the state legislature, but he represents a different part of the state. So it's not worth saying his name. But he said this because this is what many times Republicans and blue states do.

They think they have to walk on egg shells around this stuff because they think that well, it's very delicate. I don't want to offend anyone sensibilities and they might think that I'm a Republican.

Listen, on this issue, I can tell you with absolute certainty. Every single mom and dad out there with an open mind wants to hear you say it's wrong for boys to use the girls locker room and it's wrong for boys to play on girls teams.

Every single one of them, even if they voted Democrat, I'm obviously not talking about and you know the people that I'm talking about their minds are made up on the issue.

They believe in science except when it comes to biology. So they will never, ever, ever, ever accept the fact that there are in fact differences between boys and girls. It's all in the head or it's all because the gender assignment committee got it wrong.

Oh, the gender assignment committee. Well, because there's the sexual assigned at birth. Not really at birth though because that would be awkward. That would mean that everybody's literally born like a Barbie doll or a tendol.

And then at that point, they added to you at that moment. So it's not really the sexual assigned at birth. It's more like the sexual assigned in utero.

And I imagine it's a committee made up of five men and four women in black robes, much like the Supreme Court of the United States.

And they vote on the gender assignment for that child. And then instantly at that moment, when that vote happens, the child in that moment either becomes a boy or a girl.

And yes, apparently the gender assignment committee gets it wrong. And I don't know if there's an appeal process or how that works. I don't know.
