The normally useless Senate took a break from fucking up democracy this week to pass a trillion dollar infrastructure bill

and the $3.5 trillion budget resolution that includes the rest of Joe Biden's economic agenda, climate, healthcare, education, and more.

Infrastructure got 69 votes, nice, including Mitch McConnell and 18 other Republicans.

The budget resolution barely squeaked by with 50 votes all Democrats.

But now comes the hard part.

The Senate has until September 15 to turn the budget resolution into a final piece of legislation,
