I'd like to begin by directing your attention to a passage of scripture in the book of numbers,

chapter 14, and then one in the book of Habak, and then I'd like to pray one more time just for my own help and

for your heart too. Numbers 14 versus 20 to 22. Then the Lord said, I have pardoned according to your word, but truly as I live, and as the earth shall

be filled with the glory of the Lord, no one of the men who have seen

my glory and my signs which I wrought in Egypt and in the wilderness, and yet have put me to the proof these ten times, and have not

hearkened to my voice, shall see the land which I swore to give to their fathers.

I want you to see in verse 21 those two phrases that he puts back to back,

as I live those two phrases that he puts back to back,

as I live, and as all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord,

none of those who have seen this glory and tested me will enter my land.

It is as certain as the being of God that the earth will be filled with the glory of the Lord.

As I live and as this earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord,

those two are parallel equally certain realities.

If God is, this Earth will be one day filled with the glory of the Lord.

Woe to him who builds a town with blood
