The trip went smooth to Italy and saw some really cool stuff.

But the main thing that we got to do was spend some time together with family

and with two of my sons and with Sherry.

And that was a great, great trip. Missed you guys.

We're going to start back with the Steve Ferrar's book, Finishing Strong.

Today's going to be Finishing Strong Part 8, Chapter 8.

And today we're going to be talking about something that when you're

especially dealing with men, we don't like to talk about a lot.

And that's failure. Today will actually be a discussion about failure.

And I look at one of the great quotes that was here from Steve Ferrar.

And this was a quote that says, he who has never failed cannot be great

because failure is the true test of greatness.

How do you respond to failure? There's been so many times

in those of you that maybe have done some coaching or maybe you've done teaching

and had that opportunity. And if you've ever had a team or had players

and you started thinking to yourself, people say, well, how are they?

I said, don't know. They really haven't been put in anything

that would be an adversarial situation yet. I don't know how they're going to respond.

If they get down, if they get in trouble, if they get behind,
