Welcome in. This is part six. If you're just joining us, we are going through a Steve

Ferrar's book called Finishing Strong and we continue to talk about what that means.

That means that we're going to finish every part of our life. You know, we're going to,

you know, if we've been called to be a husband, we're going to do that and finish that without

a moral compromise. You know, whatever period of life we're in, we're going to finish that,

completely devoted to Jesus Christ and we're walking through the different things to avoid.

And also, like today, what we're going to learn is, you know, you can learn a lot from looking

at the right example, but if Steve Ferrar makes out, you can also learn a tremendous amount

by looking at the wrong example. And we're going to, we're going to talk about that today. But first,

we're going to open in prayer. We've got a number of men that are a part of our, our Bible study here,

also part of our men's ministry as a whole that have a lot for us to pray about today. So,

I'm going to include them in our prayers and you include them as well. So, let's open with the

Word of Prayer. Lord, thank you for today. Thank you for that time together. Right now, Lord,

I pray for my brother and Christ, Jordy Henson and his wife, as we're just finished this Bible study,

they've just done the funeral service for Jordy's father-in-law, Kim's father, and laying this

godly man to rest. We are thankful that it is a celebration. We pray for Bill Cersei that had

extensive surgery yesterday in his ongoing battle with pancreatic cancer. The miracle that we are

seeing is just tremendous and we, we pray Lord, that that will be fully, a full healing for Bill,

even though a lot had to be done yesterday. His recovery will be gruesome and we pray Lord,

that you'll take him through that as even he lies in intensive care right now. But we're praising

your name for what appears to be success and the surgery and hopefully a full recovery for him.

And of course, we lay that at your feet today. Lord, we have other people that of course are
