The title of today's post is Finish Well.

In the 2020 Summer of Love, 574 mostly peaceful riots occurred across our nation.

Two dozen innocent people were killed,

and upwards of $2 billion in property damage occurred.

Kamala Harris famously said they wouldn't and shouldn't stop. On June 2nd, 2020, David Dorn, a 77-year-old

retired police captain, was fatally shot after attempting or after interrupting the burglary of a

pawn shop in theville, St. Louis, the incident

took place during riots in St. Louis, Missouri following the murder of George Floyd. Stephen

Cannon, who was 24 years old at the time of the incident, was convicted of his murder on July 20th, 2022. We may be headed for another

summer of love. Violence is amping up again, this time not stemming from anger toward police,

but Jews and Americans who support them.

On January 1st, 2025, at around 3.15 a.m., Shamsu Den Jabar drove a.m.

drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Then exited the truck and engaged in a shootout with police before being fatally shot. Fourteen victims were killed,

plus the perpetrator, and at least 57 others were injured, including two police officers who were shot.

The attack occurred during New Year's celebrations in the city, which was scheduled to host

the 2025 Sugar Bowl later that day.

Then on Sunday, April 13, 2025, a man named Cody Balmer, 38, was charged with the attempted murder,

terrorism, aggravated arson, and other crimes after allegedly setting fire to Pennsylvania

Governor Josh Shapiro's residence.

The fire occurred early on a Sunday morning while Governor Shapiro and his family were asleep inside.
