Am I here he quickly through swarms of earthquakes?

Again, it's nice to have something to go with the fires.

Yes.

Have there been earthquakes? I haven't felt anything for a couple of weeks, but.

Oh, right. I was just reading something about there were swarms of earthquakes out in

southern California and I just figured, plagues, locus, it's going to be a full month for you guys.

I mean I saw a squirrel this morning, that's almost a swarm, but no earthquakes.

All right, I stand correct.

So, Busy Week, animation-wise, I guess the proper place to start is the news about the

Lion King sequel.

What does you take on that?

Well, I mean, the news is that Barry Jenkins, who created the Oscar-winning moonlight and the Oscar nominated if Beel Street could talk, is going to be working on a Lion King sequel.

As soon as I wrote my story, was contacted by Disney and said, can you

refer to it as a follow-up, not a sequel? And the original write-up of the movie was that it was going to have this kind of Godfather two-ish vibe

where it was going to be the beginnings of Mufasa but also continuing the story forward.

So I have no idea what to think. I mean I think Jenkins is a really

exciting director and people have been having a lot of fun on Twitter sort of

putting the score to moonlight against the opening of the John Favreau, Lion King and stuff like that, which is really beautiful.
