but nine years ago today was when Disney's Mars needs moms was released to

Theater Drew and you saw that right? Yeah I'm actually still in therapy for that

right now, Jim.

So after this, after we finished recording, I'm going to go talk about the creepy Seth

Green child and the monsters that wanted to abduct him and everything else.

Yeah, I mean, and, you know, and I'm such...

It's a terrible movie, Jim. You can say it.

It's a terrible movie.

It is, it is, but again, one of the reasons I particularly remember March 11, 2011 is that we had set up a

phoner with Simon Wells, the director of Mars needs moms.

And obviously it's hardly going to be a tough voter

because the reviews were brutal,

the box office projections were even worse.

I mean, I want to say that the movie cost 150

million to make and I think total during its North American release it this may

actually be the worldwide number it it only gross like 39 million. So this is a guy who is having a very bad

morning anyway, but as we're doing the phoner, the Tahoko earthquake had happened to Japan and you know we're all sitting in front of

our television watching that live feed of the tsunami come rolling in and and that was

the thing Simon was like look I'm having a bad day professionally, but that's nothing, this is nothing compared to what these poor people are dealing with here.
