Welcome to fine tuningtuning with Drew Taylor, you one-stop shop when it comes to animation news and commentary.

I'm Drew's co-host, entertainment writer Jim Hill, and he and I are recording this show on Friday March 22nd, which means that

we're a week out from the release of Tim Burton's live action reimagining of Dumbo.

We're going to have some audio on that from the second half of

today's show that Mr Taylor collected at the dumbo junket, but first some not so

wonderful news.

First of all, Drew, did you ever actually get to see Wonder Park?

I didn't.

I was invited to the Premier and the Premier was the same day as the Dumbo junket.

So, I mean, once again Disney cuts cuts it off at the

knees but yeah did you did you end up seeing it you got to love Disney this is

that wonderful story about how

Disney deliberately put the little mermaid back in theaters for

like only 14 days and it's like coincidentally the first two weeks that

Anastasia is out in theater so it's a magical kingdom filled with people with

really short knives so it wasn't like Disney had to work all that hard to kneecap Wonder Park.
