in the coming year, though health, if you go into KFC, it's not happening. No. Speaking of health,

apologies for being so long between episodes of this podcast, but my late winter cold and

the justice pollen season was beginning up here in New England. And I've been a mucus membrane

with feet for a solid month now. And nobody wants to hear a podcast that's co-hosted by somebody

who sounds like that. So I was listening to your band camp, Jim. And I was a little worried. I was

like, if someone have an oxygen tank, okay, Jim, it's passing out. Len and I bolted the Galactic

Starker's using this and we were comparing notes about, well, what are you doing? Are you

you're doing, you know, Alka's house or plus? I'm doing Nike. Well, now Jim, we need to talk

about something. Okay. Right off the show. Okay. You know, I was really bent out of shape. I've

been bothering you for years. We got to do something about postmodern architecture at Disney. You do

it with Len. You left some things out, Jim. Oh, God. So this is yeah, let's let's have this be an

addendum to that. First of all, I wanted to bring up the fact that Robert A. M. Stern and Michael
