Hey, what's up? Welcome back to T's for Transformation. I'm your host, Sean T. And today I want you to do something. Reflect. Think about a time when you were maybe in middle school or high school and you were just trying to find your way.

I know for me it was like, do I want to dance?

And then you had home life and everything that was happening at home.

those things are never discussed. And most people, they just kind of happen. You know, it's kind of like,

I make friends, you know, I go to school, I play sports, I do this, I do that.

But there are a lot of people out there that are hiding something within themselves and they have no idea how to get it out.

Specifically for me, talking about the fact that I was gay, growing up gay, hiding it, not knowing what to do, who to talk to, or just how to be in general.
