In this episode, the incredible Kate Rose uncovers a whole new way of looking at love and loving relationships. Kate is a Bespoke Retreat Curator, a Spiritual Astrologer, a Writer, an Author, and an Alchemist of the Heart. Since she was a little girl, Kate saw the world differently, yet just like most children, she boxed her intuitive abilities up, and went on to live a "normal life." Many years later, posting some random thoughts she had while enjoying a movie with her daughters made her go viral, and initiated a new and fufilling chapter in her life.

Kate authored two books, "You Only Fall in Love Three Times," and "Written in the Stars," over a thousand articles on love, relationships, family, parenting, divorce, sex, astrology, and twin flames, also hosted retreats around the world, and started an international private coaching practice.

Throughout this episode, Kate talks about the three types of love and how to find the one you are meant to be with. Kate also explains little-discussed yet fundamental topics on love and relationships, like emotional availability and attachment styles, shares her unique perspective on Astrology, and much more.
