It's a basic human need. We all want to feel like we belong. This is what a tribe means. The company has become

the modern day tribe, but we don't always feel like we belong at work. I learn my

best lessons by looking at extreme cases. It's why I like the military, because

the stakes are life and death. All of the lessons are easy to see. So what's an extreme

version of tribe?

The Grateful Dead.
