To be successful you must have a purpose. Having a purpose in work and life will help guide you and motivate you in all your actions. In this episode, Ben, Chad, and Bob discuss finding a purpose for yourself, your company, and your people. Knowing and identifying your purpose can be the difference between success and failure.
