Hello, my level up friends. Last week, we spoke about seven things to do consistently to transform yourself. They're simple. And when you

compound them over time, here's the thing. You're not even going to recognize yourself.

And one of the things was finding your purpose. So I named it as one of the seven things,

but didn't really dive into it, because I'm like,

you know what? This could be a whole episode within itself. So we're going to dive into this more

today because it is so powerful. Life and success will always be filled with bumps in the road.

When you know your purpose, you have a deep feeling

of mastery. Every time something happens that seems like it has the power to take you off course,

you have the power to release it. When things are not in alignment with your core values,

your vision and mission, you gain the skills

to see beyond all of it. We learn, we rise, we bounce back. Adversity can't take you out

when you're living a life of integrity. You know who you are and you know exactly what you're creating.

Some people, their purpose is strictly their family. Honestly, that was my feeling right after I

gave birth to my firstborn. Like I was one of those women who thought, I'm never going to stop

working. So this was like prior to me giving birth to Brooke. Like I loved the drive.

I love the ambition. I love the thrill to excel until I held my baby girl. And at that point,

like I was like my purpose has changed. Like I thought my purpose changed. All I could think about

was being home full time with my daughter, giving her every single thing I have,
