too cheap to ignore geek. And happy Friday, Carl, it has been quite the week. We will kick off

0:44.1

today's feed with some opportunities within tech. CNBC did a screen of relative cheapness on a number

0:49.4

of different metrics. Dom Choo joins us with that screen. Dom, what are the names you got? All right, so a multi-factor

0:56.1

screen, if you will. Our analyst team over at CNBC on the market side of things wanted to find

You've got those S&P components, a forward price to earnings ratio from a valuation basis of each of those stocks that is now below their five-year average forward PE. So it's trading each component at a discount to where it has on average for the past five years.

1:31.0

The stock also has to have declined by at least 20% from its recent highs,

1:36.0

expected earnings growth of 20%, so still a decently good profit-generating business,

1:41.1

trading at a discount and a discount valuation,

1:43.9

and then at least half of

1:45.4

the analysts who cover that stock say that it's a buyer equivalent rating. A lot of different

1:50.1

factors, but a number of stocks pass the test. And we're going to focus on some of the tech

1:54.4

names right now. Maybe no surprise that when it comes to value and profit growth and everything else with regard to kind of the

2:02.6

overall pullback we've seen, semiconductor stocks, many of them made that list.

2:08.0

Advanced micro devices, AMD, is now trading at a 61% discount to where it normally does on a

2:13.6

forward price to earnings basis over the last five years.
