Inside the Birds is back.

What's going on, everybody, Jeff Mosher, Adam Kaplan.

Adam, this is going to be a very important Inside the Birds episode.

We are talking right now about a real crossroads for the Philadelphia Eagles as for the second straight year, they need an offensive coordinator and a defensive coordinator.

And this time, there's more complexities involved in the search.

And as we kind of, we'll talk some names,

but we've already given a lot of names out. Some of names we heard, some would just naturally

fit what we know they're looking for. There's a lot of time, you know, there's going to be more

interviews. And we'll talk about that. But I think we can really give our listeners and viewers an idea of what makes

the search different this time around and why there are some layers of complexity into it.

Now, Nick Siriani and Howie Roseman are going to have a press conference today, finally,

and they're going to be asked a lot of questions that might go concurrent with what

we're going to talk about, but I don't think they're going to answer any of them to any

extent.

So I don't know that anybody's going to come away after watching that press conference

and have a really good idea of what the team is looking for, why they're looking for it,

and how they plan to go get it.

But this is, this is an interesting search for a lot of reasons.

Yeah, it's funny. So you and I do the, uh, and Andrew DeCickel, we all do the football forward with Mike Gill. And he, Mike asked us both this week about, well, what would you,

you know, if you were there, would you ask? You know, and I, and I joke, I said, because I haven't been to Eagles Press conference,

I don't know how many years, but I jokingly said, well, I don't know if I want to be there,

because I'm the idiot who asked Sean McDermott about Ernie Sims, and he said,
