0:30.6	Verse it's a low point for sure. In David's life and other people's lives who have lost
0:39.5	sons and daughters in tragedy and they are ready to stone David and verse six says it's because
0:49.1	they were bitter in soul. They were coming after David and verse six says, but David strengthened

1:24.7	This is exactly what Paul will later say in Philippians chapter four. I can do all things
1:32.2	through Christ who strengthens me or what Psalm 46 declares. God is our refuge and strength
1:41.8	and ever-present help in trouble or I think about 2 Corinthians chapter 12 when God says to Paul
1:50.9	in a vision my grace is sufficient for you for my power my strength will be made perfect in your
1:59.2	weakness. I don't know what you're walking through in your life right now. I'm guessing some of you
2:05.2	may be many of you feel weak feel at the end of yourself maybe even attacked by others who are
2:16.4	coming after you whatever it might be to know that in any circumstance to use again the language
2:23.4	from Philippians chapter four no matter what happens you can find strength in the Lord your God.
2:33.2	In fact in those moments of your weakness you will find the greatest strength because you are
2:38.8	dependent not on yourself but on the strength that God provides and so I just want to pray that
2:46.0	over you. God I pray for your strength over every single person listening right now who feels weak
2:54.3	in any way. Oh God in light of circumstances they are walking through suffering trial
3:02.4	attacks even from others whatever it might be Lord we pray Lord I pray that you would pour out
3:12.2	your strength on them that they would know you are their refuge and strength today like even
3:20.6	right now in this moment that you that they would know that you are an ever-present help for them
