It's Friday lunchtime in the centre of Bendigo, a country town about 160 kilometres north of Melbourne.

Among the Victorian era architecture, the cars and the people making their way along the thoroughfare,

a woman moves through the crowd.

She's holding a 10-month-old baby.

A four-year-old trails along behind them.

But these are not her children, and they are very far from home.

The parents have no idea where their children are.

As far as they know, they're on a picnic with their opair, Saka.

They don't know it yet, but the opair, this woman who's living with them,

is not who she says she is.

And her qualifications are bogus.

The woman and the two children head into a department store.

As they walk towards the cosmetic section, police enter the building.

They make straight for the woman.

And they swoop.
